Terms of Use

This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of Deep Investments Securing Dreams' Web Portal, Mobile Application, and associated platforms, including any sub-domains or services developed, owned, or operated by the company or its affiliates. Hereafter, "Company" refers to Deep Investments Securing Dreams.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, this is an electronic record generated by a computer system, and no physical or digital signature is required. Your use of the platform, services, and products (collectively referred to as "Services") constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Interpretation

Terms such as "You," "User," "Client," "Investor," and "Customer" refer to anyone accessing or using the Services offered by Deep Investments Securing Dreams, including singular and plural references.

The Services are intended exclusively for Indian residents and taxpayers.

By downloading the application, using the Web Portal, or accessing the Services on any platform, you enter into a binding agreement (the "Agreement"). By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform or Services. This Agreement should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable documents.

You confirm that you are over 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a legal guardian and are competent to enter into this Agreement, make investment decisions, and comply with these terms.

Description of App & Web Portal

Deep Investments Securing Dreams provides mutual fund advisory and transaction execution services. Advisory services may rely on information and data obtained from third-party providers and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

Users retain the freedom to execute transactions independently of any advisory services. Viewing mutual fund information on the platform does not, by itself, constitute investment advice.

The Company may collect and forward investment orders to Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or authorized registrars and transfer agents (RTAs). The Company is not responsible for incorrect or failed execution resulting from system errors, technical issues, or failures of third-party service providers.

The platform may obtain NAV and mutual fund data from AMCs, AMFI, RTAs, or third-party vendors to keep information updated. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, the Company shall not be liable for discrepancies or inaccuracies in third-party data.

Users are advised to independently verify important information directly with the relevant AMC or RTA before making investment decisions.

Use of App / Web Portal / Services

To use the Services, Users may be required to complete the applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and provide accurate and complete personal information as required by SEBI, AMCs, RTAs, or other regulatory authorities.

The Company may share information with relevant third parties where necessary to provide the requested Services, comply with applicable laws and regulations, or communicate service-related or marketing information in accordance with applicable requirements.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must not share their username, password, OTP, or other authentication details with unauthorized persons.

Commercial use of the platform without prior written authorization is prohibited. Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not tamper with security features, platform functionality, or website/application content.

The Company is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by infrastructure problems, internet connectivity issues, system failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Users must notify the Company of any significant changes to their personal or profile information to ensure that records remain accurate and up to date.

Tools such as calculators, estimators, projections, and other informational tools available on the platform are provided for general guidance and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional investment advice.

Users authorize the Company to use their KYC records, including signature information where applicable, for transactions with AMCs and RTAs. Actions taken in good faith by AMCs or RTAs based on valid KYC records shall be considered valid and may not be subject to recourse against the Company.

Links to Other Sites

The platform may provide links to external websites for transactions, verification, information, or other purposes.

Deep Investments Securing Dreams is not responsible for the content, policies, security practices, availability, or actions of third-party websites.

Users should independently review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them or providing personal information.

Payments & Transactions

Users may make payments for mutual fund transactions using UPI, Net Banking, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or other approved payment methods.

Transactions processed through third-party payment gateways are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway. Users must make payments only through their own bank accounts unless otherwise permitted under applicable regulations.

For mutual fund transactions, the Company acts as an intermediary and is dependent upon the timelines, systems, capabilities, and processes of AMCs, RTAs, banks, payment gateways, and other service providers.

Settlement of funds and allocation of mutual fund units are subject to applicable NAV, transaction cut-off timings, applicable rules, and confirmation by the relevant AMC or RTA.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, rejection, failed transactions, or system failures attributable to third-party service providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Confidentiality

Users must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, confidential, and sensitive information obtained through the platform.

This obligation applies during the term of the Agreement and, where applicable, after termination of the Agreement.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, modification, or distribution of Company information is prohibited.

Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate a User's access to the platform or Services at its discretion, with or without notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Upon termination or suspension, Users must immediately discontinue any unauthorized use of the platform and Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, service providers, partners, employees, and associated entities shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or Services.

This includes, without limitation, investment outcomes, loss of opportunities, loss of profits, data loss, service interruptions, technical failures, or failures of third-party systems.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deep Investments Securing Dreams, its affiliates, AMCs, RTAs, service providers, partners, and associated entities from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from the User's misuse of the Services, breach of these terms, violation of applicable laws, or unauthorized actions.

Disclaimers / No Warranties

The Services and information provided through the platform are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties or guarantees except where expressly required by applicable law.

The Company does not warrant that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from inaccuracies, including inaccuracies originating from third-party information providers.

Users acknowledge that mutual fund investments are subject to market risks and that they are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

Ownership / Proprietary Rights

All content, materials, designs, text, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, data, and other intellectual property available through the platform are owned by or licensed to Deep Investments Securing Dreams, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, license, or commercially use platform content without prior express written permission from the Company.

Modification of Terms

Deep Investments Securing Dreams may modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms may be published on the website or application.

Users who do not agree with any modification must discontinue using the Services.

Notices

Communications and notices may be sent through email, WhatsApp, SMS, telephone, or physical mail using the contact information provided by the User.

Users are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and up to date.

While reasonable measures may be taken to protect electronic communications, electronic communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Refund & Waiver

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, the Company does not provide refunds or waivers for Services.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith discussions between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Miscellaneous

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

Survival

Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination of this Agreement shall continue to remain effective after termination.

Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or meaning of any provision of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This document, together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements or policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Services, subject to applicable law.

Force Majeure

The Company's obligations may be suspended or affected by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, network failures, government actions, regulatory changes, war, strikes, epidemics, or other unforeseen events.

Assignment

The right to use the platform and Services is personal to the User and may not be transferred or assigned to another person without prior written authorization from the Company.
